There are two types of ownership: private or company ownership (developers,

The standard in both is fully furnished kitchen with integral appliances
(stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine). The private
owned apartments partly refurbished are generally cheaper than those
located in fully renovated or newly built residences with underground
parking and maintenance services at extra cost.
The location is the most important determinant of rent in Prague
1. The highest prices are mostly in and around elegant Pařížská
Street ( 2+1 80 sq.m. is EUR 1,500; 4+1 200 sq.m. EUR 5,000).
The service charges for these apartments can range from CZK 6,000
up to CZK 20,000).
Garage parking is more expensive (CZK 3,000/10,000 per month) and
can be difficult to find.
The apartments on the RIVERBANK (Prague 1, 2, and 5) are near the
centre, mostly in fully renovated Art – Deco buildings with concierge
and are on the same price level.
Most housing prices are negotiable, depending on the length of the
lease, equipment etc.
