Prague 6 – “glamour” housing with nature and the city within reach

The city district of Prague 6 – Dejvice offers housing of a grand style with prestigious addresses, an exclusive residential quarter away from the busy capital. It is half way between the airport and the city centre, immediately adjacent to the nature reserve of Divoká and Tichá Šárka, within walking distance from Stromovka, the biggest natural park in Prague. The close proximity of the international school in Prague 6 – Nebušice has made this district one of the most sought after.

Good access to transport – it is 15 minutes away by bus from the Dejvická metro station, 15 minutes from the centre by train and Ruzyně international airport is 11 km away.


Lysolaje and Suchdol are villa quarters situated on the outskirts of the Lysolaje valley that is rich in greenery. Their advantage is good access to the international schools in Sedlec and Nebušice.


Statenice has been enriched by the Statenický mlýn (Statenice Mill) project of the prominent company Ballymore Properties, which represents the new concept of so-called “satellite towns”.
